Refund policy

Returns: Our return policy period is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are no returns on perishable goods. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rockingbarh.com.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns: To return your product, please mail it to: Rocking Bar H Ranch, 37811 176th Ave. S.E., Auburn WA 98092, United States. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On returns, trackable shipping is the only way to guarantee we will receive your returned item.
